Over the centuries many events have altered the original complex except the powerful Roman axis and tall perimeter stone walls. The surviving agricultural annexed building with its monumental dimension has been converted through a meticulous restoration and adaptation to a re-development consisting of a micro-brewery, restaurant and conference center. The outdoor space has been restored and completed with green rooms and other amenities where the "ghosts" of the lost buildings were located.
